IT Business Analyst#26-09342 Pennington, NJ Charlotte, NC Plano, TX Onsite Contract Starts 11/16/2026 Ends 11/15/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Business Analyst for a hybrid position (3 days onsite) with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Pennington, NJ or Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role involves driving client assignments topletion for a technical client base implementing web-based service calls to data repositories. The ideal candidate will manage client assessment, provisioning, and onboarding activities, including design, development, integration, and testing support, working closely with client resources to ensure alignment.

Responsibilities:

Accept client assignments and drive them topletion with minimal external support Drive coordination efforts for Client Assessment, Client Provisioning, and Client Onboarding Facilitate design, workflow, and knowledge sessions with clients and internal teams Administer the Onboarding Workbook for assigned clients by ing SME technical knowledge Work closely with client development and testing resource owners to help align and support SIT, UAT, and Release Defect Triage Leverage SOAP UI Tool in triage and testing support Coordinate release activities with assigned Execution Leads and clients

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in Client Engagement Coordination Proficient in Jira Experience working with clients to identify requirements, coordinate details for impact analysis, and present for sizing Ability to gather estimates and sizing assumptions and present and negotiate with clients Experience engaging architecture as needed for solution identification Manage projects from request initiation through funding, prioritization, and hand-off for implementation Desired skills: Ability to work in an agile team environment Strong oral and writtenmunication skills Ability to work independently with assigned tasks Past project management experience Pay range: $42.09 - $50.09 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
