Salesforce BA Dallas, TX Skill Salesforce Minimum Experience 10 - 12 Years Salesforce Business Analyst 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst , preferably with Salesforce. Good understanding of Salesforce CRM and business processes. Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders. Create user stories, process flows, and functional requirements . Work with Salesforce Developers and Admins to deliver solutions. Understand Salesforce features such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Reports, Dashboards, Flows, and Objects . Perform UAT testing and coordinate with business users. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to analyze business problems and recommend Salesforce-based solutions. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred. Salesforce certification such as Salesforce Business Analyst or Administrator is a plus.
