Job Requirements Fort Belvoir, VA Secret Polygraph Unspecified Senior Level Career (10+ yrs experience) Salary not specified Join Premium to unlock estimated salaries Job Description OBXtek is currently staffing for a Senior Program Analyst, supporting the Army's United Network Modernization (UNM) organization. Place of performance will be Fort Belvoir, VA.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Must have detailed familiarity with MS Project, Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and managing/supporting individual projects. Serve as the conduit between the Fort Belvoir HQ team and the team in the Germany. Provide direct support to the monitoring and reviews of all project schedules. Have a detailed understanding of the day-to-day operations taking place in Germany to include ongoing projects and contract deliverables. Provide detailed reviews of major contract deliverables (key briefings) sent from Germany to Fort Belvoir. Provide administrative support to include development of SOPs, funding documents, powerpoint presentations, and after action reports. Work concurrently with a dedicated Project Coordinator assigned to supported projects at Fort Belvoir, ensuring the Theater is provided adequate and timely support. Participate in daily, weekly, bi-weekly sync meetings. Participate in required meetings; some meetings will be held during normal business hours for Germany, so expect early morning participation based on the time difference. Track and report on project deliverables as required. Support funding requests as requested. Develops, Coordinates and Provides/Presents Program Information Develops/Updates/Responds to Program Management Reports Develops/Updates/Maintains project plans and schedules Prepares/Conducts Program Reviews (Annual, Quarterly) Performs Staff Action Control Officer (TMT) task for Ops Develops, Plans Coordinates, Participates in Ops Battle Rhythm, Event (IPRs, C&S, Stand-Up) Develops/Updates/Responds to Ops reporting requirements Performs Personnel Task for Ops Performs Long Range Planning Develops/Updates/Responds to Ops reporting requirements Participates in informal meetings, conferences, committees, and seminars Perform Administrative Support Tasks (Calendar/time management, office supplies/Materials, Record Mgmt). Provides Non-Program Specific Data Calls, weekly reports, and RFIs Coordinates travel requirements (training, theater/country clearance, risk assessments) Prepares and or attends business management meetings (Pgm Mgmt., staff, etc.) Routes Contracting Requirements and Contract MODS Develops/provides annual POM inputs Serve as the Government's primary point of contact for assigned projects Work collectively with other operations or project managers across the organization Provide direct support to the monitoring and reviews of all project schedules. Have a detailed understanding of the day-to-day operations taking place for assigned projects to include ongoing deliverables. Provide detailed reviews of major contract deliverables (key briefings) sent from the APM prior to presentation to leadership. Provide administrative support to include development of SOPs, funding documents, PowerPoint presentations, and after-action reports.
Travel:
Some travel can be expected (both OCONUS and CONUS)
Work Schedule:
100% In-Office at Fort Belvoir, VA Qualifications Active Secret Clearance MS Project experience is required. Army Acquisition Process experience preferred but other DoD relevant experience is accepted. 8 years (minimum) related PM experience Experience providing oversight of large, multi-functional project teams, preferably in an information technology environment, and planning and managing complex tasks sometimes under tight budget and time constraints across multiple regions overseas Strong management and leadership skills, written and oral communications skills; experience in Government acquisition; familiarity with industry best practices; and Government contract and subcontract management..
Required Education/Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree in IT or Business Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or DAU Level III Project Management certification.
