Long-Term Contract 4 days onsite, Local Only Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver business solutions that improve operational efficiency and support organizational goals. The ideal candidate will gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the implementation of business and technology initiatives. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and process reviews to identify business needs and improvement opportunities. Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications. Support system implementations, enhancements, integrations, data migration, and process improvement initiatives. Collaborate with developers, QA teams, project managers, and business users throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue resolution, and user adoption activities. Maintain project documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), workflows, and process maps. Communicate project status, risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve business processes and recommend effective solutions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management. Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flow Diagrams. Experience supporting business applications, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives. Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies. Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
