Develop Commercial Bid Summaries and award recommendations while securing required project approvals. Guide Engineering and internal teams on material requisitions to align technical needs with procurement execution. Administer purchase orders, process scope and cost revisions, and monitor supplier performance against contract terms. Maintain accurate order documentation, track status reports, and resolve commercial variances alongside project personnel.
