Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Procurement Specialist II to join a growing manufacturing organization. This individual will be responsible for supporting the procurement and purchasing process for assigned raw materials by creating and managing purchase orders, monitoring inventory levels, tracking supplier deliveries, and maintaining procurement records. The Procurement Specialist II will work closely with suppliers, production teams, and materials management to ensure materials are available to support manufacturing operations and production schedules. This person will review material requirements, monitor open orders, coordinate supplier communications, track shortages and supply issues, maintain purchasing and inventory data within company systems, and prepare recurring procurement and material status reports for leadership and headquarters. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has experience supporting procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or materials functions within a manufacturing environment. ERP / MRP
