Lead the development, compilation, approval, and execution of procurement training programs, with approximately 70% of the role focused on training.
Apply business process improvement principles to develop standardized and scalable solutions, with approximately 30% of the role focused on process improvement.
Partner with Procurement leadership and the Enterprise Learning & Development (EL&D) team to deliver structured, enterprise-aligned training programs.
Work with Procurement stakeholders to identify and resolve business pain points.
Translate procurement policies, contract frameworks, and best practices into practical learning experiences and process documentation.
Develop training and documentation that improve procurement capability and contract literacy while helping reduce contractual and operational risk.
Operate with a high degree of autonomy and strategic influence in supporting procurement training and process improvement initiatives.
