Job Description

Job Description We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to support the following operations for a large

Cybersecurity Company:

supporting day-to-day purchase order creation, maintenance, and related transactional activities;
supporting supplier onboarding and supplier record maintenance, including coordinating with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve outstanding requirements;
assisting with requisition and purchasing related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and helping ensure requests move through the procurement process efficiently;
supporting PO lifecycle management, including researching PO/invoice discrepancies, receiving issues, and other exceptions requiring Procurement Operations support;
likely ad hoc Procurement Operations projects, data cleanup, reporting, and process improvement activities as needed.
