Type:

full-time Responsibilities Support the full requisition and Purchase Order (PO) process from requisition creation through PO dispatch. Review requisitions for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established procurement procedures. Review vendor contracts and supporting documentation to ensure appropriate information and approvals are in place. Create, maintain, update, and close purchase orders within the purchasing system. Coordinate Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) with suppliers and internal teams. Partner with suppliers, Accounts Payable, and internal stakeholders to research and resolve purchasing and invoice-related issues. Ensure established procurement policies, procedures, and approval guidelines are followed. Provide responsive support to internal customers and external suppliers. Qualifications 3+ years of Procurement Operations, Purchasing, or related experience required. Hands-on experience with requisitions and Purchase Order processing required. Experience working with an order entry, ERP, or procurement system required. PeopleSoft experience strongly preferred. Ariba experience is a plus. Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or other highly regulated industry experience is preferred. Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
