The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.

Responsibilities:

Source and procure aircraft parts, materials, and services. Request and evaluate supplier quotations. Negotiate pricing, delivery, and terms with vendors. Process purchase orders and monitor open orders. Maintain supplier relationships and identify new sources of supply. Coordinate with sales, production, and quality departments to meet customer requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.

Qualifications:

Previous purchasing, procurement, or aerospace experience preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of aircraft parts and aviation industry practices is a plus.
