Sourcing Specialist LVLS Integration is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and driven Sourcing Specialist to join our growing sales team. This is an entry-level sales opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and creating new business opportunities. You don't need years of sales experience to succeed in this role. We're looking for someone who is coachable, competitive, persistent, and comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be one of the first points of contact between LVLS Integration and potential clients . You'll identify and connect with low-voltage contractors and integrators, learn about their business and upcoming project needs, and begin developing relationships that can turn into new business for LVLS. Once you've established a qualified relationship and identified an opportunity, you'll work with an Account Manager to transition the relationship and ensure the client receives the appropriate follow-up and support. College athletes and recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Compensation $45,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commission What You'll Do As a Sourcing Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients, start conversations, and create new business opportunities for LVLS Integration.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Make 80+ outbound calls per day to potential clients and contractors Research and identify low-voltage contractors, integrators, and potential business partners Introduce LVLS Integration and explain our staffing solutions Establish relationships with new prospects and become a trusted first point of contact Ask questions to understand a contractor's business, projects, and potential labor needs Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active pipeline Maintain accurate and organized prospect information in our CRM Schedule follow-up conversations and meetings when appropriate Communicate potential opportunities to Account Managers Transition qualified prospects and opportunities to Account Managers for continued relationship management Maintain communication throughout the handoff process to ensure a smooth transition Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance goals Collaborate with the sales team to develop new business and expand LVLS Integration's client base What We're Looking For You don't need to have years of sales experience to be successful here.
