Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Position Summary The Buyer is responsible for sourcing, procuring, and managing materials, products, and services required to support EAE USA's operations. This role ensures timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality compliance while maintaining strong vendor relationships and supporting overall supply chain performance. Key Responsibilities Procurement & Sourcing Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and reliability Issue purchase orders and ensure accurate and timely processing Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels Supplier Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings Evaluate supplier performance and address any issues related to quality or delivery Order & Delivery Coordination Track and expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and production teams to align supply with demand Resolve discrepancies related to shipments, invoices, or product quality Cost & Budget Control Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities Support budgeting and cost analysis efforts Ensure purchases are aligned with company financial goals Data & Reporting Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation Generate reports on purchasing activities, supplier performance, and inventory levels Utilize ERP systems to manage procurement processes Compliance & Risk Management Ensure purchasing practices comply with company policies and regulatory requirements Assess risks related to suppliers and supply chain disruptions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2-5+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, electrical systems, or industrial environments Knowledge of international sourcing and logistics APICS or similar supply chain certification Key Competencies Attention to detail Analytical thinking Communication and interpersonal skills Time management and multitasking Decision-making and problem-solving Work Environment Office and warehouse environment Interaction with internal departments such as logistics, production, and finance
