Onsite Pay Range:

$30•$34 per hour (W2) We are seeking a "Procurement Analyst" to join one of our leading healthcare clients.

What You'll Work On :

Data Management & Governance:

Maintain accurate supplier master data (create, update, delete) across multiple systems while adhering to governance rules and ensuring consistency across applications. Must comply and adhere to SOX controls, internal client policies and procedures.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:

Partner with internal/external stakeholders and subject matter experts to verify critical data, prevent fraud, and provide timely, professional updates—including to senior leadership.

System Expertise & Support:

Develop strong knowledge of the SAP MDG system and related platforms to serve as a key resource and provide system support for internal users.

Analysis & Risk Awareness:

Investigate data requests, assess downstream impacts across systems, and apply sound judgment to meet business requirements.

Operational Effectiveness:

Manage and prioritize high volumes of requests in a fast-paced environment, balancing tight timelines with accuracy and attention to detail.

Teamwork & Adaptability:

Support local and global initiatives, build subject matter expertise, and collaborate effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Projects and Requests:

Participate with projects or initiatives as required by leadership, and support ad-hoc requests as needed. Key Success Factors Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Critical thinking/analytical skills Customer service oriented Ability to demonstrate analysis/thought process and show initiative Capacity for finding process improvement in current operation

Desired Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred Background in vendor support, data management, finance, supply chain or similar functions is a plus
