About Our Client A global company operating in the manufacturing industry, located in Beverly, MA Job Description Source and procure materials, components, and services to meet production and operational needs. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to achieve cost savings. Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality standards and timely deliveries are met. Maintain and update procurement records, including purchase orders and supplier agreements. Collaborate with internal teams to forecast material requirements and manage inventory levels. Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to ensure continuity of operations. Resolve any issues related to supplier performance, delivery, or quality concerns. Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies to optimize processes. The Successful Applicant A successful Buyer II should have: Experience with procurement and supply chain processes in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in using procurement software and tools. Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Capability to work effectively in a busy environment. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 USD annually.
