Procurement Operations Specialist - Hybrid / Canton, MA Our client, a growing healthcare technology company, is seeking a Procurement Operations Specialist to support day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities. This role will focus on managing procurement transactions, maintaining supplier information, tracking orders, and supporting internal procurement processes within an ERP system. Responsibilities Create and manage purchase orders within the ERP system. Process receipts and maintain accurate purchasing records. Support supplier onboarding and vendor data maintenance. Monitor order status and follow up on outstanding deliveries. Maintain purchasing documentation and track key procurement activities. Assist with item and purchasing data management. Generate reports and support procurement-related tracking and reporting needs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve purchasing issues. Qualifications 3+ years of purchasing, procurement operations, or supply chain experience. Experience working within an ERP system; NetSuite preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for reporting and tracking. Medical device, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing experience preferred. Experience supporting purchasing processes in a corporate or regulated environment is a plus.
