Confirmation & Expedite Specialist
Job Description
Confirmation Specialist responsible for verifying purchase orders, coordinating order and project details, maintaining ERP records, and supporting shipment and service confirmations. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of administrative, coordination, customer service, or office support experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook. Proficiency with Microsoft Word. Experience reviewing purchase orders and related documentation. Experience maintaining records in ERP or internal tracking systems. Experience preparing reports, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation. Experience coordinating order status, scheduling, or shipment-related activities. Preferred Skills Associate degree. Experience with ERP systems. Experience supporting purchasing or procurement operations. Experience coordinating with warehouse, manufacturing, or operations teams. Experience resolving order discrepancies or missing documentation. Experience supporting continuous improvement or administrative process improvement initiatives. Job Responsibilities Review and confirm purchase orders, project details, and related documentation for accuracy and completeness. Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding order status, scheduling, and required follow-up items. Maintain and update purchase order and project information within ERP and internal tracking systems. Coordinate confirmations related to shipments and service activities. Prepare and distribute confirmation emails, reports, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation. Identify and resolve discrepancies, missing information, and documentation issues. Track outstanding confirmations and required follow-up actions. Maintain documentation in accordance with established procedures and recordkeeping requirements. Support purchasing, operations, warehouse, manufacturing, and related internal functions as needed. Support administrative process improvement and documentation efficiency initiatives.
Pay:
