We are looking for motivated and experienced Senior Procurement Analysts to join our team. This ad-hoc role requires someone with significant experience managing complex public transit projects and a passion for ensuring compliance and operational success. This role is also vital in FTA conducting procurement oversight reviews and providing support for corrective actions, technical assistance, and program development.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement System Reviews:
Conduct FTA Procurement System Reviews and lead Special Assignments, Workshops and Technical Assistance for FTA recipients, and Corrective Action review tasks.
Reporting:
Draft detailed reports, technical memoranda, and documentation to ensure compliance and transparency.
Program Development:
Assist in the development and review of program materials and training content aligned with FTA policy and guidance.
Engagement:
Participate in conference calls, meetings, and workshops, and provide expertise and thought leadership during procurement/transit workshops.
Collaboration:
Work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of all work assignments and timely project completion.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, with 5 years minimum public transit experience. Experience in Federal Grants Management and Compliance, or related field is preferred. A bachelor's degree is required.
Analytical and Training Skills:
Strong ability to analyze client risks, verify compliance, and present solutions for any issues identified. Experience delivering training or coaching.
Communication Skills:
Demonstrated significant experience and success in explaining complex topics or requirements to expert and non-expert audiences, both in written and oral formats.
Problem-Solving Abilities:
Proven track record of identifying root causes of issues, conducting in-depth research, and providing comprehensive, accurate reports and presentations. Why Join TFC?
