St. Michael, Minnesota-based manufacturer and online retailer of firearm parts, accessories, and optics seeks a Purchasing Specialist. This role is key to serving our customers by placing purchase orders and maintaining strong, active relationships with our core suppliers.

In Person (Facility based out of St. Michael, MN) Job Responsibilities Execute and manage daily purchase orders across a broad roster of active suppliers. Coordinate directly with Operations and Inventory Management to maintain proper stock levels and ensure accurate demand planning. Actively track short-turnaround supplier order cycles to ensure timely delivery and prevent stockouts. Communicate daily with suppliers to address order updates, delivery schedules, and price or inventory adjustments. Review supplier performance metrics and implement measures to drive operational efficiency. Perform other duties as needed to support operations and purchasing workflows.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications & Traits Experience & Skills:

Experienced in a fast-paced environment requiring strong daily order management, attention to detail, and proactive communication.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.

Product Knowledge:

Knowledge of firearms, firearm parts, and accessories is a plus (user of core products with technical knowledge).
