Fulfillment & Purchasing Coordinator
BOTACH INC
Las Vegas, NV Job Details Full-time $20 - $25 an hour 19 hours ago Qualifications Operations coordination Full Job Description Fulfillment & Purchasing CoordinatorBOTACH INC
| Full-time, in person | 4775 W Harmon Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89103Pay:
$20-$25 per hour, based on demonstrated skills. No company-sponsored benefits package. THE JOB Own open orders until they ship and valid tracking is confirmed. This is a hands-on operations role covering fulfillment and vendor follow-up, not simply printing labels or waiting for instructions. Botach sells tactical, outdoor, and firearms-related products.WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Track open orders from BigCommerce, Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. Every delayed order needs a reason, an owner, a next action, and a deadline. Follow up with vendors on availability, purchase orders, dropship fees, shipping deadlines, and tracking. Flag shortages and discrepancies; obtain approval for purchasing commitments outside your authority. Check shipping costs and service requirements before buying labels. If a label costs far more than the customer paid, investigate the cause and approved alternatives instead of blindly proceeding. Learn carrier services, insurance, claims, marketplace deadlines, tracking rules, cancellation risks, and company shipping policies. Learn and follow FFL documentation and shipping restrictions. Hold and escalate restricted or unclear orders; never guess or bypass a requirement to meet a deadline. Own package insurance and carrier claims through resolution. Track the evidence, follow-ups, and final outcome. Coordinate with the warehouse, customer service, vendors, carriers, and shipping providers. Stay involved in relevant meetings and document decisions. Write down processes and recurring fixes so important knowledge is shared.WHAT GOOD WORK LOOKS LIKE
No forgotten orders, silent delays, or unexplained shipping losses. An unanswered message is a reason to follow up, not abandon the order. You verify completion and make the next action clear.WHAT YOU BRING
Strong organization, practical judgment, comfort with spreadsheets and order systems, reliable attendance, and persistent follow-through. Order processing, shipping, retail operations, or vendor coordination experience is useful. No degree is required. You do not need to arrive as a carrier or firearms shipping expert, but you must be willing to learn the rules carefully and ask when unsure.ROLE CLARIFICATION
You will be responsible for coordinating outcomes; this role does not necessarily include managing a department. Authority and escalation paths will be defined during training.HOW TO APPLY
Send your resume or a short summary of your skills. Include an example of a delayed task or costly mistake you caught and what you did next. This position requires working at our Las Vegas location.Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Application Question(s): A shipping label costs $38, but the customer paid $9 for shipping and the marketplace deadline is today. What would you check, what options would you consider, and when would you escalate? Do not assume you can ignore carrier rules or shipping restrictions.Work Location:
