Pay Rate:

$72,000-$78,000 Must haves: 3+ years of purchasing, procurement, materials coordination, or supply chain experience Experience creating and managing purchase orders Experience working directly with vendors and managing lead times Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to coordinate multiple orders, deliveries, and timelines simultaneously Experience in construction, building materials, manufacturing, or distribution environments Excellent communication and customer service skills

Day-to-Day:

Review customer orders, project plans, and estimates to determine material needs Source and order luxury windows, doors, and related materials from approved vendors Compare vendor quotes and issue purchase orders Track material lead times and proactively communicate delivery updates Partner closely with the Estimator and Warehouse Manager to keep projects on schedule Coordinate inbound deliveries and final delivery to customers/job sites Resolve purchasing, inventory, and vendor-related issues Ensure materials are ordered accurately and delivered on time to support customer satisfaction
