At Harrington, having the right products in the right place at the right time is critical to serving our customers. We're looking for a Regional Buyer to support our Portland, Spokane, and Seattle locations and help ensure inventory is aligned with the needs of the business. In this role, you'll partner closely with Purchasing, Operations, Demand Planning, branch teams, and suppliers to manage replenishment, monitor inventory, and address supply challenges before they impact our customers. What You'll Do Manage replenishment and stock purchase orders for assigned product lines across Portland, Spokane, and Seattle. Review inventory levels and identify opportunities for transfers between locations. Partner with Demand Planning to review Min/Max levels and purchasing forecasts. Monitor open purchase orders, supplier lead times, and delivery dates and expedite orders when needed. Help identify potential stock additions, reductions, excess inventory, and supply risks. Work with suppliers and internal teams to resolve pricing, quantity, delivery, and invoice discrepancies. Support vendor-managed and consigned inventory programs. Identify opportunities to improve purchasing, inventory availability, service levels, and cost. What We're Looking For 1-2 years of purchasing, buying, inventory, or supply chain experience. Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across several locations. Strong communication skills and the ability to build productive supplier and internal relationships. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
