SummarySupports the coordination of IV operations, including but not limited to the following: coordination and management of all inventory used in the cleanroom operations for the Main pharmacy and the Peds pharmacy satellite in support of the buyers; Environmental monitoring for all sites; all 503B inventory management and ordering including obtaining all appropriate quality reports and maintain quality profiles for all 503B sources; coordination with SDS for inventory management of CRRT bags and other IV fluids and supplies; coordination of IV room huddles at 0600 as needed; IV room representative on all drug shortage meetings; MSU TPA and KCentra training as requested; IV room scheduling in coordination with the pharmacy coordinator and Lead Compliance technician which includes the scheduling of Floor inspections; collaboration with Pharmacy Systems coordinator for Omnicell ; and collaborate with manager and Compliance Lead technician for all issues related to the IV room as required.
