The Opportunity The Procurement Systems Consultant serves as a functional subject matter expert for enterprise procurement and workforce management platforms, including Beeline, Zip, Aravo, and Ariba. This role assists with operational support, system enhancements, data integrity, continuous process improvement, and platform governance. The Consultant partners with Procurement, HR, IT, Security, and external vendors to deliver stable, compliant, and scalable solutions that support global business operations. This is an exciting opportunity join a talented and dynamic team focused on delivering innovative solutions that create immediate value for our Global Procurement organization. Key Responsibilities Serve as SME and administrator for procurement and workforce management platforms. Manage complex system issues, escalations, and operational support activities. Coordinates and supports system enhancement initiatives and change activities Oversee integrations, data quality, and compliance controls across connected systems. Support contingent workforce lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, extensions, and offboarding. Partner with business stakeholders and vendors to optimize processes and improve user experience. Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and operational procedures. Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support governance initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise procurement, workforce management, or related business systems. Experience leading UAT testing, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across global teams. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of prior experience as Beeline Client Admin Expertise in APIs and related integrations Experience administering SaaS platforms such as Beeline, Ariba, Zip, Aravo, or similar solutions. Strong understanding of system integrations, data governance, and operational controls. Familiarity with applying AI-assisted tools and techniques to enhance development, data analysis, or operational workflows, including understanding limitations, validations and responsible useLocation Expectation:
This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office. The expected salary range for this position is $78,000- $104,000 .
