Job Description

Our client, a distribution company, is looking for a Procurement Coordinator to join their team in Lumberton Township, NJ . In this hybrid role, you will support the procurement process by confirming and expediting purchase orders, monitoring supplier updates, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials and products in compliance with company and federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist and support the procurement process in an efficient and professional manner Confirm and expedite factory purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery Maintain system integrity on supplier updates and purchase order records Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and products Identify and escalate issues related to late deliveries or order discrepancies Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance departmental efficiency Comply with the Company's Quality Management System Comply with Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) as required Perform data entry and general clerical duties to support the
Procurement Department Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee) — this position requires access to ITAR-controlled information Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong planning, time management, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build positive working relationships
Pay & Schedule:
Pay Rate:
$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00
PM Work Arrangement:
Hybrid Remote — In office Tuesday through Thursday | Remote Monday and Friday
