- Working hours and schedule are flexible between 8:00am-7:00pm MST (10:00am-9:00pm EST) to support ICR AZ, CA, and CO business hours.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field. Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint). Critical thinking and organization skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance with SSBI. Experience with FAR and DFAR procurement preferred.Responsibilities:
Process requisitions and update management on status of orders. Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate best pricing. Arrange transport of goods and track orders to ensure timely delivery. Analyze market trends and apply this knowledge to make insightful buying decisions. Coordinate with program teams and management as required. Assess quality of stock received and escalate any discrepancies to suppliers and management.Salary Range:
$65,000- $110,000 (experience dependent) This position offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes company equity, retirement plan, company-paid health care benefits, flexible paid time off policy, and opportunity for a raise and bonus during the year.
