Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly proactive and strategic contributor to drive supplier integration and ensure supply chain resilience during an accelerated scale-up phase. Our team values curiosity, stakeholder management, and a robust background in strategic sourcing to deliver successful acquisition integration.

Responsibilities:

Lead strategic sourcing activities and supplier onboarding to support acquisition integration, focusing on developing and executing sourcing plans that align with technical, quality, cost, and risk targets. Assess supply base for risk, establish mitigation plans, and ensure supply chain resiliency for both short- and long-term organizational needs. Develop commodity and category strategies, identifying which suppliers to maintain or phase out, while enabling supplier capacity ramp-up and readiness for scaling production volumes. Collaborate closely with engineering, supply planning, supplier quality, and commodity management teams to integrate suppliers and support new product development initiatives.

Required:

Evidence of strategic supplier selection experience, strong negotiation, and commercial acumen within regulated environments (medical device, aerospace, automotive, or similar sectors). Proven ability to support supplier ramp-ups and enable supply planning processes, with demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional influence. Degree in business or technical discipline, with a preferred minimum of 8 years of strategic sourcing or supplier management experience within new product development programs. Experience working with diverse supplier technologies such as contract manufacturing, circuit board assemblies, plastics, machining, and electronics, understanding manufacturing processes is required.
