Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist I to support hardware administration, purchasing systems, supplier updates, pricing discrepancies, and day-to-day sourcing operations. This position involves working with large volumes of part numbers and multiple internal systems while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple requests, working with MS tools, and learning new systems quickly. Key Responsibilities Process high-volume updates to Global Business Purchase Agreements (GBPA) and FIT projects. Use mass-upload tools to update and add part numbers in internal systems. Verify purchase order and Approved Supplier List (ASL) flows. Track project completion and submit related FIT projects. Process General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR) updates, including payment information changes and new supplier-site additions. Coordinate with suppliers, approval teams, and internal stakeholders to complete required updates. Review and resolve outfiles/IPV issues , including pricing discrepancies and mismatches between supplier invoices and system pricing. Work with sourcing managers when issues require additional verification or adjustments. Respond to daily requests from the Hardware team and resolve system- or supplier-related issues. Pull part prints and documentation from internal systems. Retrieve and send purchase order PDFs. Correct part information and resolve records that are stuck or require updates. Support Value Package Change Requests (VPCR) and Supplier Change Requests (SCR) based on project requirements. Manage multiple requests simultaneously while prioritizing tasks according to urgency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong experience with MS Office tools , particularly Excel. Comfortable working with multiple systems, interfaces, and databases. Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling high-volume data. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Positive attitude and strong collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing, supply chain, materials, or supplier administration is preferred. #

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
