Job Description

Trico Specialty Films is a growing, family owned and operated business producing plastic films. We are committed to high quality products, exceptional customer service, and working together as a team to get the job done. We are looking for someone to coordinate numerous activities that support our business. From interacting with customers on incoming and outgoing orders, to purchasing supplies necessary to run our office and manufacturing operations, to creating work orders used by our production teams, this role is critical to our team. The successful candidate will enjoy being involved in many different aspects of the business, be good with numbers, spreadsheets, and computer applications, and be very reliable and well organized.
Responsibilities:
Place orders to replenish raw materials and production supplies as needed Ensure incoming deliveries of supplies are accurate, matching purchase orders and packing slips Maintain accurate raw materials, packaging supplies, finished goods, and scrap inventories, and complete monthly inventory reports for accounting Interact with the sales team to create accurate work orders for the production team Coordinate outbound shipping with customers' vendors, or arrange for cost effective / efficient shipping Work with production team and customers to ensure timely and accurate shipping of finished goods Complete all required shipping paperwork and proper invoicing of shipped products
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills to provide and receive accurate instructions Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Organized and able to complete a wide variety of tasks in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner Flexible and willing to take on new tasks and responsibilities as needs change Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all team members Positive attitude and a desire to be part of a team Experience with Microsoft Office required, (especially Excel) experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar purchasing, production support and logistics role preferred Competitive compensation based on experience.
Pay:
$26.00 - $28.00 per hour
