Job Description
Operate machinery and hand tools to produce components to specification while completing quality checks, inventory transactions, and basic equipment maintenance. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of assembly and/or machine operating experience. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Basic computer skills. Basic math skills. Ability to safely use hand and power tools. Ability to perform work using proper ergonomic practices. Ability to follow work orders, work instructions, and production specifications. Preferred Skills Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment. Experience with Windows-based computer systems. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems. Experience with NiceLabel or similar labeling software. Experience performing machine maintenance. Experience with inventory tracking and warehouse location systems. Job Responsibilities Operate machines and use hand tools to produce components and finished products. Follow work orders and work instructions to meet design specifications. Perform quality checks on components and products. Maintain production machinery and equipment as required. Pull inventory based on warehouse locations. Gather materials and supplies required for production orders. Record inventory movements and work-order updates in the inventory system. Use hand and power tools during manufacturing and assembly operations. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow established safety procedures and manufacturing requirements. Support updates to assembly and production procedures.
