billion in sales in 2025.Job DescriptionWe are seeking dynamic and results driven Purchasing Coordinator to join our Insulation Greer, SC team.•Essential Duties & Responsibilities•Support Logistics and Purchasing Departments at the Plant Level by managing inbound/outbound deliveries and coordinating with logistics carriersReview and monitor inventory levels for finished goods, raw materials, and traded goods across plants in SAPCreate and maintain purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and related documentationCommunicate with vendors and departments regarding purchase order discrepancies and delivery schedulesMaintain raw material tracking spreadsheets for forecasting and purchasing purposesReview and approve invoice discrepancies through VIMSupport customer service with proof of deliveries and shipping informationCoordinate pick-up appointments and manage large multiple truckload ordersCommunicate with Plant Manager, Logistics Manager, and Chemical Operations Department on purchasing requirements and delivery schedulesProvide backup support to Logistics Manager and Warehouse Lead as neededQualificationsSAP or similar ERP system experienceExperience in operations, esp.
