Salary:
$24-29/hr Is this your perfect fit? Experience sourcing materials, managing supplier relationships, and supporting manufacturing operations. Enjoys balancing inventory requirements, production demands, and cost-saving initiatives. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities and vendor partnerships. If that describes you, we need to talk! What your future day will look like: Source materials and components from qualified suppliers while securing competitive pricing and favorable terms. Manage purchase orders, monitor inventory levels, and ensure materials are available to support production schedules. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while evaluating performance, quality, and service levels. Collaborate with planning, scheduling, production, quality, receiving, and shipping teams to resolve supply chain issues. Review purchasing and ERP data to identify shortages, support forecasting efforts, and improve inventory efficiency. Support cost-reduction initiatives through vendor negotiations, process improvements, and strategic sourcing activities.Benefits Offered:

Direct Hire To be a champion in this role, you will need: High School Diploma required, and an Associate degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus. 5+ years of experience in purchasing, buyer/planner, or supply chain experience within a manufacturing environment.
