What your future day will look like: Coordinate the purchase of goods and services for hospitality properties undergoing construction, renovation, or daily operations. Support early-stage projects through budgeting, sourcing, proposal reviews, and vendor coordination activities. Ensure timely delivery of products and services while maintaining accuracy throughout the purchasing process. Monitor vendor performance, pricing, logistics, and quality to support project goals and cost controls. Communicate project updates, milestones, and issue resolution efforts with team members and key stakeholders. Manage invoice processing, project closeout activities, cost reconciliation, reporting, and purchasing support requests.

Direct Hire To be a champion in this role, you will need: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Procurement, or a related field. Previous purchasing, procurement, or buying experience. Experience with budgeting, cost analysis, invoice review, and financial reconciliation. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with construction, renovation, interior design, or related project environments preferred. Knowledge of project management principles and coordinating multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
