We pick the finishes, and designs. You draft each home's finish schedule and selections based on budget; then you own execution. You report to the partners and coordinate with PMs on procuring designed materials.

You'll:

Draft finish schedules (flooring, tile, cabinetry, plumbing, lighting, appliances, millwork) priced to plan budget Spec to the submarket; flag where we're over-building Verify against plans and availability, then quote, issue POs, track to delivery Own the long-lead list; flag early enough to substitute Schedule deliveries with superintendents and trades Reconcile invoices; chase shortages and backorders You need: Experience in home design or related degree Judgment to recommend, not just present options Detail obsession; the wrong tile trim is a two-week delay Strong spreadsheets; can read residential plans

Pay:

$15.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 50.0 per week
