JY TEC SUPPLY INC

is searching for an assistant to help in the Sales and Procurement process, who preferably speaks Mandarin Chinese. Will work with The Manager translating and processing invoices, and helping with bidding and pricing. Will also help in warehouse packing and shipping. Candidates who possess management ability can be promoted to manager position.

Your Role:

Provide attentive support to key salespeople including answering phones, maintaining records, inputting orders and assisting in the order fulfillment process. Coordinate with transportation to secure customer appointments and following up on successful on time delivery Represent the company and network at occasional events in a professional and positive manner Maintain accurate records and filing Prepare and manage reports on behalf of Management.

Qualifications :

Eager to take on addition projects or responsibilities Superior organization, planning, multitasking and prioritizing skills Solid computer/technical knowledge and able to effectively use MS Office suite products A minimum of 1 year of sales or procurement related experience
