Temp Buyer | Bonham, TX RPM Staffing is seeking an experienced Buyer to join a growing manufacturing team in Bonham. If you have experience with industrial purchasing, supplier communication, and maintaining accurate procurement records, this could be a great opportunity to build your career in a fast-paced production environment.Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM- 3:30 PM Overtime may be required based on production needs.
Starting Pay:
$19.50+/hour DOE What You'll Do As a Buyer, you'll play an important role in supporting purchasing operations across multiple facilities by helping ensure materials, supplies, and inventory are available when needed.Responsibilities include:
- Processing and tracking purchase orders
- Monitoring incoming deliveries and open orders
- Maintaining accurate purchasing and inventory records
- Assisting with procurement of raw materials and multi-client account items
- Gathering supplier quotes for review
- Coordinating closely with purchasing and procurement team members
- Ensuring documentation remains current and organized
- Supporting inventory accuracy and supply chain efficiency While this position works closely with suppliers and purchasing personnel, final supplier selection and contract negotiations are managed by the Procurement Manager and Purchasing team. What We're Looking For
- Previous industrial purchasing, procurement, or buying experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with purchasing records, inventory tracking, and documentation
