This role focuses on sourcing and ordering parts, tracking deliveries, resolving invoice discrepancies, and providing admin support to help keep our teams running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

• Source and order parts and materials from approved vendors Resolve invoice discrepancies as they arise Generate and maintain reports, and participate in team meetings Communicate with technicians and managers on order status This role focuses on purchasing coordination and operational support rather than contract negotiation or strategic sourcing
