Essential Functions:
Develop and maintain product production schedule. Coordinate shipments of product to and from 3 rd party re-packer Coordinate the procurement of support material. Responsible for maintaining purchasing and inventory control systems. Manage cycle counting program - including explanation of variances. Assist in periodic and scheduled audits to ensure accuracy of inventory data. Manage contracts and quality assurances issues. Provide procurement services for Production and Processing. Analyze, correct, and enter daily data collection systems as needed for department. Maintain accurate files. Backup team members as needed. Set up and maintain all raw material deliveries (schedules). Maintain minimum stock dollars. Various tasks involving the responsibility of the food safety and quality of company products.
Education and Experience:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Two years of college with emphasis on business and two years of procurement experience. Experience may be substituted for education. Basic understanding of General Accounting and Finance. Excellent math skills. Advanced Computer knowledge (word processing, spreadsheets). Ability to work well with people. Communication skills are a must. Multi-tasked Individual.

Special Requirements :
