Woodinville, WA Job Details Full-time $27.50 - $31.00 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Qualifications Research High school diploma or GED Vendor relationship management Vendor contract management Full Job Description (Scope) Responsible for purchasing materials and supplies from vendors. Evaluates quotes and services to determine most desirable suppliers. Works under supervision from Materials Manager. (Duties) Purchase the highest quality merchandise at the lowest price. Analyze market and delivery in order to assess present and future material availability. Review and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability and the supplier's reputation and history. Locate vendors of materials or supplies to determine product availability. Negotiate contracts and formulate policies with suppliers, if applicable. Review vendors, visit suppliers to learn about services and prices. Maintain records of goods, items purchased, costs, delivery, product performance, and inventories. Monitor shipments to ensure that goods come in on time. (Research) Review sales records, inventory levels. Manufacturing experience is a big plus!
