Sourcing Specialist Wage:
Based on Experience Our client in De Pere, WI is seeking a detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to support procurement and supply chain operations. This role is responsible for identifying and managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and pricing, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the timely procurement of materials and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supplier agreements Monitor supplier performance, quality, and delivery metrics Partner with cross-functional teams to support demand planning and material availability Analyze sourcing data and market trends to drive cost savings and process improvements Resolve supplier-related issues and maintain accurate sourcing records
Qualifications:
