Job Description

Overview:
D Freight Carriers Inc is looking for a dependable Logistics Systems Operator to join our growing warehouse team. In this role, you'll help keep freight moving efficiently by operating warehouse equipment, loading and unloading shipments, and ensuring orders are processed safely and accurately. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate loading systems and warehouse equipment to safely handle freight Load, unload, inspect, and organize shipments for timely distribution Verify shipping documents and monitor daily freight movement Perform basic equipment checks and report maintenance issues Assist with inventory handling and maintain a clean, organized workspace Follow company safety policies and warehouse procedures Work closely with warehouse staff, drivers, and dispatch to meet shipping deadlines
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Warehouse, logistics, or freight handling experience is an asset Ability to lift and move materials safely Comfortable operating warehouse equipment Strong attention to detail, dependability, and teamwork Willingness to work overtime or flexible shifts as needed Forklift certification is a plus
