As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated and responsible individuals to join our Freight Forwarding Operations team. This position is a great opportunity for someone interested in building a career in international logistics and trade. You will gain hands-on experience in ocean and air freight, customs clearance coordination, trucking, shipment tracking, and e-commerce logistics. Both entry-level and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided for candidates who are new to the freight forwarding industry. Responsibilities Receive and review shipping documents from overseas agents, customers, and vendors Enter and maintain shipment information accurately in the operating system Track shipment status and provide timely updates to customers Assist with ocean and air import/export operations Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, carriers, truckers, and other service providers Communicate with customers and business partners via email and phone Assist with customs clearance and delivery coordination Perform general administrative and operational duties as needed Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn Basic computer skills, including email, data entry, and Microsoft Excel Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment English proficiency required Korean/English bilingual ability preferred Previous freight forwarding, logistics, import/export, or international trade experience is a plus, but not required Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications Health and dental insurance Life insurance
