• Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and oversee quality activities at a GMP-regulated manufacturing facility in Gardena. This role will ensure personal care products are manufactured, tested, and released in compliance with GMP regulations, company procedures, and customer requirements. The QA Manager will lead the Quality Assurance team, provide hands-on quality oversight of production, manage quality systems, lead investigations and CAPA, support audits, and drive continuous improvement across the facility. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Engineering, or a related scientific/technical field 3+ years of Quality Assurance experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment Experience in personal care, cosmetics, OTC, pharmaceutical, food, or another highly regulated industry preferred Working knowledge of GMP regulations and quality systems Experience with deviations, CAPA, change control, document control, and batch record review Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred Knowledge of incoming inspection, sampling, and material disposition Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) ERP/MRP and electronic quality systems experience is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills
