Bonita Boat Center takes pride in providing a superior customer service experience through honesty, respect, trust, and excellence for our boaters and our company. We are seeking a Boat Delivery Driver , both on and off the water, to join our talented Service Team.

Requirements include:

Experience driving, docking and handling boats - minimum 33 feet/ 26,000 pounds Able to trailer boats of all sizes using various vehicles/methods Possess a valid Class-A CDL + Medical card Forklift operation experience required Must be able to safely load and unload boats from transportation vehicles, trailers, water, and dry storage while maintaining a professional demeanor and paying attention to detail.

Responsibilities include:

Provide water delivery of boats to and from various locations Deliver boats to customers for dry storage locations and throughout the yard via truck, trailer &/or forklift. Engage with clients in a courteous, respectful, and professional demeanor. Reliably and efficiently trailer minimum 33 feet/ 26,000 pounds in a safe and efficient manner. Rinse + motor flush + wipe down boats on display or exhibition. Maintain vehicle fleet, including regular inspections for safety, proper usage and operation. Keep meticulous documentation and maintain open communication among team members. Must posess excellent spatial awareness Specific route planning and optimization for efficiency. Choosing appropriate equipment and method for each delivery according to weight distribution, size and safety. Familiarity with boat etiquette, boat handling and operation both on and off the water.
