This position offers an energetic environment that thrives on efficiency, accuracy, and excellent customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless warehouse operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting shipping and receiving processes to meet our clients' international trade needs. Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound shipments by accurately loading, unloading, and verifying cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management software to track stock levels, update records, and ensure data entry precision Prepare goods for shipment by picking, packing, labeling, and organizing orders according to customer specifications and trade compliance standards Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain optimal stock levels using inventory management tools Support warehouse distribution activities by coordinating order fulfillment, stocking shelves, and managing order picking & packing processes Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and shipping logistics requirements for export/import documentation and customs procedures Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to warehouse safety protocols, operating equipment properly (including forklifts), and conducting routine inspections Qualifications

SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH A MUST

•Proven experience in warehouse operations or freight forwarding environments with familiarity in shipping & receiving procedures Proficiency with warehouse management systems (such as AS400 or ERP systems), inventory management software, and Microsoft Office applications Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing Skilled in using warehouse equipment including forklift certification, RF scanners, pallet jacks, order pickers, and load & unload machinery Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry skills and a focus on accuracy in record keeping Knowledge of international trade regulations, trade compliance standards, and shipping logistics is highly desirable Effective communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset to support internal teams and external clients This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a global supply chain network dedicated to excellence in freight forwarding.
