What You'll Lead:

Full P&L responsibility for a multi‑service international logistics branch A seasoned team across air, ocean, import/export, brokerage, and warehouse operations Commercial growth initiatives including pricing strategy, RFQs, and customer development Carrier and vendor relationships that support service quality and competitive cost structures Continuous improvement projects that elevate service delivery and operational efficiency

What You Need:

Proven leadership in freight forwarding/customs brokerage environment Strong operational foundation with the ability to coach, develop, and elevate teams Commercial instincts — comfortable with customers, pricing, and growing accounts A passion for building culture, strengthening accountability, and driving results Experience with systems like CargoWise is a plus
