•International Freight Forwarding Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager

•International Freight Forwarding & Logistics to lead and grow a fast-paced logistics operation. This senior leadership position is ideal for an experienced Freight Forwarding Branch Manager, Logistics Manager, Operations Manager, or International Logistics Manager with a strong background in air freight, ocean freight, customs brokerage, domestic transportation, warehousing, sales, and P&L management. The Branch Manager will oversee overall branch performance, including operations, business development, customer service, financial performance, compliance, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead daily branch operations across air freight, ocean freight, ground transportation, customs brokerage, and warehousing. Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and market share. Drive new business development and strengthen relationships with existing customers. Manage branch budgets, financial forecasts, revenue, expenses, margins, and full P&L performance. Establish and monitor KPIs for operational and financial performance. Lead, coach, and develop teams across operations, sales, customer service, and administration. Build relationships with customers, carriers, overseas agents, and strategic partners. Negotiate carrier rates, vendor agreements, and service contracts. Ensure compliance with Incoterms, IATA, FMC, TSA, CTPAT, customs requirements, and international trade regulations. Oversee shipment performance and resolve escalated operational or customer issues. Utilize

TMS, WMS, ERP

systems, and logistics technology to improve efficiency. Use operational data and analytics to identify opportunities for process improvement. Support continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives. Qualifications 7-10+ years of progressive leadership experience in freight forwarding, international logistics, or supply chain management. Strong knowledge of air freight, ocean freight, customs brokerage, domestic transportation, and warehousing. Previous experience managing branch operations with full P&L responsibility. Strong understanding of international trade and customs compliance. Knowledge of Incoterms, FMC, TSA, IATA, and related shipping regulations. Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing logistics teams. Strong business development, customer relationship, and negotiation skills. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Experience with ERP, TMS, WMS, logistics software, Microsoft Office, and/or Google Workspace. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) preferred. FIATA, IATA, or related logistics certifications are a plus. Experience working within international freight forwarding networks. Compensation & Benefits $100,000
