English & Chinese (Mandarin)Responsibilities Main Objective:
Drive delivery efficiency and fleet health through data-driven strategies. Focus heavily on the lifecycle management of independent contract drivers—with a specific emphasis on new driver retention—and optimize incentive schemes and brand compliance to maintain market competitiveness.Fleet Management & Incentive Strategy:
Manage independent contract drivers by designing and implementing data-backed incentive schemes. Aim to maximize delivery efficiency, improve overall driver retention, and enhance end-user satisfaction. New Driver Retention (Key Focus): Spearhead the "New Driver Retention" initiative. Deeply analyze the onboarding funnel to adjust strategies that improve the new driver experience, shorten the conversion cycle, increase the retention rate, and effectively lower the cost of retaining new drivers.Brand Compliance & Promotion:
Develop and execute strategies to increase the usage rate of branded materials (e.g., uniforms, car stickers) among drivers to enhance brand visibility and awareness in the local market.Market & Competitor Analysis:
Conduct regular research on competitors' strategies and market activities. Utilize findings to optimize our own operational strategies and maintain a competitive edge.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Liaise with Marketing and Business Development teams to align on strategies aimed at increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.Emergency Handling:
Handle various kinds of delivery emergencies in a timely manner to ensure smooth daily operations.Other Duties:
Complete other duties assigned by the Supervisor.Qualifications Education Background:
Bachelor's degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related fields.Data Analysis Skills:
Essential:
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Advanced Excel. Experience in processing and analyzing large datasets to derive actionable business insights is highly preferred.Communication & Coordination Skills:
Possess strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with drivers, internal teams, and external partners.Language Proficiency:
Fluent in both Chinese and English, able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken forms (Mandarin is required for driver communication).Adaptability & Problem-Solving:
Strong adaptability with the ability to respond quickly to emergencies and assist in complex problem-solving.Stress Tolerance:
Able to withstand work pressure; possess a high sense of responsibility and professionalism.Commuting Requirements:
Able to commute to NY offices (Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn) on a rotating basis.Job Type:
