In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the movement of goods through shipping, receiving, and delivery processes. Your proactive approach will ensure timely order fulfillment, accurate inventory management, and excellent customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a vital part in maintaining smooth warehouse operations and delivering exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities Prepare, package, and label products accurately for shipment using appropriate packaging materials and techniques Load and unload shipments safely using equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and hand trucks Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents to ensure accuracy Maintain detailed records of all inbound and outbound shipments within warehouse management systems and ERP software Coordinate with warehouse staff to organize inventory, stock items efficiently, and support order picking & packing processes Deliver goods promptly to customers or designated locations following established routes and schedules Ensure compliance with shipping logistics regulations, trade compliance standards, and international trade regulations when applicable Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, or delivery driving preferred Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order processing and inventory counts Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order fulfillment, and trade compliance procedures Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driver's license (CDL) is a plus Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment; certification preferred but not required Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and documentation Ability to lift heavy packages safely and stand or walk for extended periods during shifts Join our team today!
