Monday - Friday ProRecruiters is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team! Load and unload large equipment, components, and materials from flatbed trailers. Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, condition, and proper documentation. Prepare bills of lading, packing lists, shipping labels, and other required paperwork. Coordinate freight pickups and deliveries with carriers and internal departments. Use carrier portals to schedule shipments, arrange trucking, and track deliveries. Enter and maintain accurate shipping and receiving information in an ERP system. Inspect materials for damage and report any shortages or discrepancies. Ensure equipment and materials are properly secured for transportation. Maintain an organized and safe shipping and receiving area. Follow all company safety procedures and transportation requirements.

Position Requirements:

Knowledge of proper load securement and material-handling procedures. Energy industry experience, including familiarity with industry-specific parts and paperwork, is strongly preferred. ERP system experience is a plus. Experience using online freight or carrier portals to schedule and coordinate trucking is a plus. Ability to operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
