Family-owned Architectural Woodworking Co is searching for a candidate who possesses these attributes and skills. Coordinate, check and stage job materials for shipping. Coordinate delivery dates and times with Shop & Project Managers Monitor Production Schedules & Emails to ensure smooth flow of materials from production to shipping. Generate Packing Slips & BOL's, Ship small packages and crates using UPS WorldShip & FedEx Ship Manager Rent & Drive 26ft Box or Flatbed truck for larger local deliveries Load trucks using proper blankets, straps and padding for secure delivery of materials and items to jobsites. Secure Tractor Trailer Companies w/moving blankets, pads, and straps for large deliveries going out of local delivery range. Relevant Skills Knowledge of Windows, Outlook, Word, UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager. Filing and data entry Operate Forklifts / Coordinate Company Truck Maintenance Efficient Route Planner Shipping /
